ComplyIQ provides AI-generated regulatory compliance analysis and action plans for informational purposes only. Our reports are NOT legal advice and should not be treated as such.

• Free compliance score: no charge, no card required
• Full compliance plan: €199 one-time payment, processed by Stripe
• No refunds once the plan has been generated and delivered

ComplyIQ accepts no liability for any regulatory fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from reliance on our reports. Always consult a qualified legal or compliance professional.

The ComplyIQ platform, brand, and generated reports are the property of ComplyIQ SAS. Users may use their generated reports internally but may not resell or redistribute them.

You agree not to: submit false information, attempt to abuse the free score endpoint, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for illegal purposes.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
